If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a
purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for the products
purchased from our website/online portal managed and controlled by Sapna
Textiles.

Interpretation

meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions
shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in
the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Organisation” (referred to as either "the Organisation",
"We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Sapna
Textiles

b)    
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

c)     
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase
goods from us.

d)    
“Website” refers to Sapna Textiles Shopify
Website, accessible from https://sapnaindia.store

e)    
“You” means the individual accessing or using
the service, or the Organisation, or other legal entity on behalf of which such
individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Note: For any purchases made under the offer, there are no
returns or exchanges available.

Conditions for Exchange

In order for the goods to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure
that:

a)     
The product has damage, or at fault at the time
of arrival.

b)    
Please send us an opening video; without an
opening video, Product/Goods will not be exchanged or returned even if found
damaged.

c)     
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
to initiate the returns or exchanges by emailing us at sapnaindia.textiles@gmail.com .

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products
that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We don't have an exchange or return policy in other cases.

Returning Goods

You/Purchaser are responsible for the cost and risk of
returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

B-12 (D), Malviya Nagar Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan,
302017.

We cannot be held responsible for
goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured
and traceable courier service. We will be able to replace the product only if
the product is received within a period of three days from the opening video
sent on our email further the replacement shall also not be initiated in the
absence of  an actual receipt of the
goods or proof of received return delivery.
